So I went to Paris...

Annyeonghaseyo peep's!

Yeah, I know my first real post is coming a little late... I wanted two days ago but I got other stuff to do, falling into my hands like "hey nope you have to do that first, and that, and this, and no : you can't do what you absolutely want to do". Kind of.
So here we are ! First post ! -yayy-
So I was thinking : as I went to Paris last week... wouldn't it be a great idea to talk about it and show what I did there (and what I bought (mostly)) ...? Anyway, you have no choice, that's what this post is going to be about ahahah! (I'm so informal in my posts is that okay ? I really don't know... tell me)

Every year I go to Paris to visit my sister, who lives here with her boyfriend. She's going to go back to college in september by the way, yay!! She's going to study sociology about Japan, something like this (to be clear). So I went to Paris by train...
By train I said...
Anyway, every year I go there, and as I already visited and saw the most famous monuments in Paris, now, as she also doesn't have tons of money obviously - we're not chaebols kkkk -, we just randomly walk in the streets of Paris, looking for cool shops and stores. So we went to a few bookshops - Book Off, which is a super great book shop where they sell used books, dvd, cds, mangas... for like a really tiny, tiny little price (yeah it's really cheap aah *^*) - and we also went to Little Tokyo, the japanese district of Paris, where we went to the... Japanese Book Off, and to a japanese grocery where I accidentally ran into an old woman and I told her "Sorry" (in french) while she answered me "Gomen'nasai - ごめんなさい !" (= "sorry" in Japanese) so I was like : "wtf ??! oh, yeah. japanese grocery. and she's japanese. okay." kkkk.
It was really sunny and hot there, but it was cool ! ^-^ The day I arrived, we even ate lunch at La Défense with two friends of my sister who were still working (...at La Défense, of course, because it's the "businessmen/workers district" as you may already know) We also went to a party the night before I had to leave to go back home, and it was really cool. I still felt kind of shy and stuff because it was full of "hype" Parisians and they were all 25-30 so I was like "heyyyy... nope.... okay... I'm alone... I feel ashamed... but it's still cool" kkkk

Anyway ! There come the photos of the products I bought in Paris. ^-^

As I don't have any "The Body Shop" store in my hometown, I HAD to go there! So here we go : a Cocoa butter flavored lipbalm, a Cocoa butter shower cream and a Honey hand cream my sister's ferret bit in it yeap. And we also went to a Lush store where a friend of my sister works, but we didn't buy anything. However..... (kkk you know why, eh : there's a photo), my sister's friend was sooo kind she offered us some samples! So we have : Superbalm, Rosa Lisa and Dream Cream. ╰☼╮

....I bought some mangas at a Book Off, obviously. (only 2€ per manga! ~ 2.216$ and 2572.25 won)

These are the photobooks I bought at the Japanese Book Off!! ~ I was so excited !! ^w^ The first one on the left is a Kojiharu (Kojima Haruna) photobook, from AKB48, and the two other ones are Tomochin (Itano Tomomi) photobooks (who left AKB48 few years ago, she was my fave one kkk). The picture on the right is just there so I can show you the bag in which my sister put me my birthday gift (my birthday is on the 6th of may but we didn't see each other before so). Do you want to see what gift it is ...? ^-^ okayyyy
Tadaaa~! It's a book to learn Korean, and "J'aime le coréen!" literally means "I love Korean!". I told her that I really wanted to learn Korean and that I saw a book... and... here's the result.
•–(´^_^`)–•
I didn't start yet, but I'm genuinely looking forward to!! Can't wait to start it ~
I already know how to read and write Korean, and also some formulas, phrases, sentences and words but that's the best I can do kkk I really want to speak Korean ! ^w^

Other than that, I also bought two different books : one about Koreans ("한국인" = "hangukin") and Korean society in general, and one about the History of China because I'm going to study chinese next year. So as you can see, I started reading the one about Koreans, and I love it already! It's really clear, pretty funny sometimes and really, really interesting.

I also went to Hema which is a Dutch shop where I bought supplies for the coming next year!! They are so cute. I love this shop, that's all I have to say kkk

There are some messages written on those pencils, cute isn't it ? ^__^

So that's it for the things I bought in Paris !
I also wanted to share a last thing with you about my short trip to Paris : my sister, who is fond of Japan (while I'm fond of Korea kkk), only cooks Japanese, so I wanted to post some pics of what she cooked for us when I was there! If you want, I can do my best to translate the recipes she used in English.

The day before she cooked this meal, she made a nikujaga, but I didn't take any pic aish :(

So here we go : for this dinner, she made kara-age, which are pretty much... Japanese chicken nuggets kkkk. Only you soak pieces of chicken in a special mixture made with ginger, sesame oil, sake, flour, potatoes and eggs (yummyyyy ~) before frying them.

Yeah, so if you're still tuned, now it is frying time kkkk~

It pretty much looks like this when it's done frying!

Here was the rice being cooked...

Here is a plate with some salad while the rice was still -freaking- being cooked.

And here's just a cute/kawaii bento box full of kara-age, rice but also chicken pieces that hadn't been soaked into the special sauce and cooked during the preparation.
Once again, it looks so YUMMY !

So that's it, once and for all ahahah, for my trip to Paris!
I still wanted to talk to you about something : what is your summer song ? Or what are they, if there's more than 1 ? From all the ones that I love and that I keep listening to, my favorite ones for the summer are these four ones :

What about you ? Tell me in the comments, and tell me what you think about this post ! :)

(I know it's a looong post but as I may not be posting on a regular basis and very often, I think that's the best thing I can do for the moment kkk)

Oh and don't forget to check out my Instagram page!
